Returns basic statistics for the user.

Parameters
api_key (Required) : The api key of your application.
sk (Required) : 32 character string returned through the authentication process.
api_sig (Required) : Signature for the request as described in the authentication spec.
This request must be be made using HTTP GET.

- 2 : Invalid service -This service does not exist
- 3 : Invalid Method - No method with that name in this package

- 7 : Invalid resource specified
- 8 : Invalid authentication token supplied
